Individual coaching and mentoring
Working with a manager or business owner on a specific challenge, such as better delegation or reducing the company's dependence on the owner.

The call
Before the call, you answer a few short questions. During the 45-minute conversation, we review the situation and discuss possible solutions.

Proposal and decision
If, after our conversation, we see the benefits of working together, I propose the format and scope. And you decide whether we proceed.

We work on specific problems, decisions, and changes. We focus on solutions that can be practically applied.

About me
For over 20 years, I've worked with people who are responsible for the performance of teams, companies, and organizations. I've collaborated with clients and partners in over 40 countries, including organizations honored with the Nobel Peace Prize. I've run a translation agency, a research firm, and a startup. I understand how responsibility for the company works both from the sidelines and from personal experience.
For most of my career, I worked with non-governmental organizations, including those fighting for freedom and human rights in challenging contexts such as Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. I helped them build teams and plan their activities in conditions where the landscape was constantly shifting. Much of what I do with companies today came from there.
I work mainly with large and small companies, but I still run projects with social organizations, universities and public administration.
